According to the portal, from January to March this year, the number of job offers for IT specialists increased by 47% compared to the same period a year ago.

“Companies are still fighting for the best talents, while the staffing gap is widening. The IT market is therefore conducive to specialists and specialists in this sector” ,commented Tomasz Bujok, the head of the portal.
As emphasised, the IT industry is constantly evolving and needs specialists with many competences. Positions that were not so popular a few years ago have recently become very important in the industry, including project and product manager. In the first quarter of 2022, it was already 14.1-20000 PLN net for B2B and 11.3-17.100 PLN gross for an employment contract.
“The growing popularity of specialisations not related to programming is noticeable. The first quarter of 2022 in the context of earnings growth belonged to project and product managers who could count on the spread reaching the mythical PLN 20,000 in IT”, emphasised Bujok.
