One of the most popular stores in Poland has started testing a new online store. At Biedronka Home, however, we will not find groceries. We will be able to buy industrial products, cosmetics and textiles for this.

Biedronka has decided to enter e-commerce. According to the spidersweb.pl portal, employees of this chain’s stores were to receive access to the test version of the online store, which will most likely soon also be made available to Biedronka’s customers.

Which products will be offered at Biedronka Home?

The description shows that Biedronka Home will operate on a similar principle to the online store of another discount chain. Therefore, we will not do grocery shopping online – food or drinks will only be available in stationary stores (grocery shopping from 2020 can also be done via the Glovo application ). On the Biedronka website, there will be a non-food offer.

At Biedronka Home, customers will be able to buy mainly industrial products. These, in turn, were divided into nine categories:

                    • kitchen,
                    • House and garden,
                    • electronics,
                    • workshop and car,
                    • sports and hobbies,
                    • health and beauty,
                    • kid,
                    • culture and entertainment,
                    • fashion.

Each of the categories has also been assigned subcategories, which is to help customers find the right products for them. In the Biedronka online store, you will be able to buy textiles, cosmetics and industrial articles not only of Biedronka chain brands, but also of companies such as: Fiskars, Ambition, Puccini or MG Home.

In the Biedronka Home webshop there will also be an “Inspirations’ ‘ section. This tab is to contain detailed descriptions and tips regarding, for example, the choice or use of given equipment in the garden or home.

How to shop there

Customers who will want to shop in the webshop will have to register – this in turn will involve the creation of a virtual My Biedronka card. The card will also provide additional promotions that can be used in the online store. You will be able to pay for your purchases via a quick transfer, payment card or BLIK. Customers will have up to 60 days to return the goods.
