Echo Investment will start the investment of Apartamenty Rytm na Kabaty in Warsaw. It will be 288 apartments in the place of the Tesco hall, the company said.

The apartment building will be completed in one stage, and the keys to the apartments will be handed over next year.

Redesign its functionalities

“In order to bring out the plot’s full potential, we decided to redesign its functionalities. A concrete square and a commercial facility will replace a friendly and open space.

The area of the estate will remain open to the public – thanks to the elevation of the building on pillars, local residents will still be able to use the shortcut to the subway, school or Kabacki Forest. In addition, in the common space, we will take care of many amenities, such as the InPost parcel locker or comfortable street furniture, which will make spending time outdoors more pleasant.

In order to complete all the most burdensome works as soon as possible, the construction of the entire apartment building will be carried out in one stage. The planned completion date is the end of 2023, ”said Dawid Wrona, the director of apartment sales at Echo Investment”, quoted in the press release.

55% of the 288 have already found their buyers

In total, 288 apartments will be built in Rytm, of which 55% have found their buyers.Echo Investment is a Polish developer that carries out investments in three sectors of the real estate market: residential, commercial and office.

The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996. In 2020, it had PLN 1.21 billion of consolidated revenues.
