On Friday, April 1, the results of this year’s edition of the Otodom Real Estate Leader competition, which selects the best real estate agency in Poland and in each of the provinces, were announced. It is real estate brokers that set new standards on the market and inspire other professionals to invest in the latest solutions, acquire new competences and update their knowledge.
A Otodom Real Estate Leader 2021 competition
As part of the prestigious competition, the Real Estate Leader Otodom awarded agencies that in 2021 distinguished themselves with the best quality of services. This is the first and only competition in Poland to select top real estate agencies in the country.
In addition to identifying the best in the industry, the competition also aims to promote good business practices and set new development directions for the real estate brokerage sector. All this so that the profession of a real estate agent is associated with expertise, high competences, efficiency and professional advice at the highest level.
Otodom feels responsible for motivating the real estate industry in Poland to continuous development and creating the highest standards of work. It also ensures that agents are perceived as professionals, and thus that clients perceive the value that a professional agent brings to the transaction process. For many years, we have been cooperating with agencies from all over the country and we organise a number of initiatives to increase the competences of agents. This is the goal of the Otodom Real Estate Leader competition initiated by us or the long-term Agent PRO project, whose main goal is to set market standards and provide agents with modern tools to support them in their daily work “- emphasises Anna Michałkiewicz, coordinator of the Lider Nieruchomości project, Otodom.
The competition was planned in such a way that both smaller companies operating in small towns and large offices operating in metropolises could take part in it. The research agency IQS supervised the independent result and the proper course of the competition.
This year’s final gala, during which the winners of the competition were announced, took place on April 1 in the XR TVN studio. Thanks to advanced tools and surprising technological possibilities, the real and the virtual world was connected during the event, and viewers of the YouTube and Facebook channel of TVN could participate in the gala live. The best of the best Polish real estate agency in 2021
The prestigious title of the best real estate agency in Poland went – for the second time – to Nowodworski Estates; the agency received the previous statuette in 2019. Nowodworski Estates has branches in the 7 largest cities in Poland and manages the lease of 2,500 premises.
